Delivery, Returns & Cancellations
All items are dispatched using Royal Mail or Courier Service. Once you have ordered you will receive an email confirmation of a time slot when your item will be delivered, if this is not convenient to yourself please contact us via email or phone to re-arrange. You will still incur a delivery charge if your item is delivered unsuccessfully. Your item is usually dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order. Once dispatched, regular delivery to UK mainland can take from 2 to 10 days. All items are normally held in stock. However we may sometimes run out due to sudden demand, in which case we will notify you and inform you of the date we expect to receive more stock.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any products bought from this website you may return them to us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange provided that the products are returned to us in their original condition and carefully packaged. Please ensure to quote your order number on all correspondence. We are unable to refund postage and packaging costs unless the reason for return is because of our error or if the products are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity. To return a product please contact us - firstname.lastname@example.org for complete instructions on how to return items. You must provide us with the original invoice, despatch note or other proof of purchase. Enterprise Clothing cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. We recommend using a recorded service when returning items for greater security.
Please Note: When returning items for exchange, an additional postage charge will be required to re-send the exchanged item. When returning an item for a refund we are unable to reimburse the return postage charge. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
